Returns

  1. 10-Day Return Policy:  You have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a store credit.
  2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. It must also be in the original packaging.
  3. Return Process:

    2. Clearly state your order number and the reason for the return.
    3. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
    4. When shipping your item or items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
    1. If your return is approved, you will be receive an instant e‑gift‑card credit.
    2. Please note original shipping and return shipping is non-refundable. 
  5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and then place a new order for the item you desire.

    2. Items marked as final sale.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  8. Cancellations: Orders can be canceled prior to being packed for shipment. Once the order has been internally processed, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy applies.
